SpeakUp&BeHeard!

Your voice is important for Chiesi

At Chiesi, we take very seriously our commitment in relation to transparency and compliance.

To help us to discover and address any possible breach of Chiesi Code of Conduct, violation of laws or regulations or misconduct that could put Chiesi business or reputation at risk or cause damage to third parties, we welcome and encourage the reporting of such matters.

Both Chiesi employees and non-employees can report concerns through the Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” platform.

If you would prefer to use the Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” Hotline please refer to the hotline numbers below.

If you are an employee, please try in the first instance to use the existing internal reporting channels (e.g. HR and/or legal & compliance function, according to applicable national rules and procedures) and inform your line manager of your concern. In the event that you do not feel comfortable raising your concern using the normal internal reporting channels, you can use the Chiesi “SpeakUp&BeHeard” platform or hotline.

Through “SpeakUp&BeHeard” it is possible to report any suspected breach of Chiesi Code of Conduct or violation of laws and regulations, affecting - in particular, but not only -– diversity & inclusion; health & safety; interactions with healthcare professionals and/or patients; human resources; environment; bribery; data protection; animal welfare and antitrust.

We care about your privacy! “SpeakUp&BeHeard” reporting tools are structured to ensure the highest level of protection and confidentiality, in compliance with applicable data protection laws (please, check Chiesi Australia’s privacy notice here).

Under the Whistleblower Protection Act 2001, Chiesi provides assurance that reporters will always be protected; and are committed to protecting all reporters against any form of discrimination, retaliation, and/or retribution in connection with any report made in good faith.

Any report submitted through “SpeakUp&BeHeard” will be given due consideration and will undergo a proper assessment process.
