Code of Conduct

Our Commitment to Integrity and Transparency

At Chiesi, we believe that ethical behaviour and openness are the foundation of trust. Our Group Code of Conduct reflects our core values and guides every decision we make. It ensures that we operate responsibly, respect human rights, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism across all interactions within the industry.

Our Code integrates our four strategic pillars, Patient, Planet, People, and Prosperity, to ensure that sustainability and integrity are embedded in everything we do. We encourage all employees, partners, and stakeholders to embrace these principles, fostering a culture where ethical conduct and transparency are non-negotiable.

Australian Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Consumer Organisations

Transparency is central to our approach. We openly disclose our collaborations with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and stakeholders, in line with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.

This includes reporting transfers of value and maintaining clear, accessible information about our activities. By doing so, we demonstrate accountability and reinforce our commitment to advancing the quality use of medicines.
